Standard items — delivered within 8–10 business days anywhere in Pakistan. These pieces are sourced for you once your order is confirmed, which is why they take longer than in-stock items.
⚡ Flash Delivery items — delivered within 1–3 business days within Pakistan. These are pieces we already hold in our own inventory, so they ship straight away. You can see the ⚡ Flash Delivery badge on the product before you order, and there is a Flash Delivery row on our homepage showing everything currently in stock.
If your order contains both types, the standard item sets the delivery time unless we tell you otherwise.
Cash on Delivery — a Rs.300 delivery charge is added to your order total and collected with the parcel, on every COD order regardless of value.
50% advance or 100% payment by bank transfer — delivery is free on orders of Rs.3000 or more. On prepaid orders under Rs.3000 the same Rs.300 delivery charge applies.
In short: free delivery is our thank-you for paying in advance on orders of Rs.3000 and above.
