Who we are

Soirée Wear is an online clothing retailer based in Pakistan, selling women's fashion and delivering nationwide. You can reach us by email at admin@soireewear.com or on Instagram at @soireewear.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Payment confirmation — if you pay by bank transfer, the screenshot or reference you upload as proof of payment.
• Account information — if you create an account, your name, email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Cart and browsing — the items in your bag, and basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and pages viewed.
• Messages — anything you send us through our contact form, our chat assistant or by email.

How we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To verify payments made by bank transfer.
• To handle exchanges and answer support questions.
• To send order updates. If you left items in your bag and gave us your email, we may send you a single reminder — you can ignore it or ask us to stop.
• To understand which products and pages are popular, so we can improve the store.

Who we share it with

• Courier companies — your name, address and phone number are given to our delivery partners so they can deliver your parcel.
• Email delivery — our mail provider sends order confirmations and updates on our behalf.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure our advertising. This shares events such as page views, add-to-cart and purchases with Meta. Where contact details are included, they are hashed before sending. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your shopping bag, your wishlist and your light/dark theme choice. Our advertising and analytics partners may set cookies as described above. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings; clearing them will empty your saved bag.

How long we keep it

Order records and payment confirmations are kept for our accounting and for handling exchanges or disputes. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Abandoned-cart records are removed once the order is completed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to order data is limited to the people who run the store. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can ask us to stop sending marketing or cart-reminder emails at any time. Email admin@soireewear.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
