At SOIREE, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully:

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. Wrong Size Sent: If we have sent the incorrect size.
2. Damaged Item: If the item you received is damaged.
3. Wrong Product Sent: If you have received the wrong product.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Return Request: Generate a return request via email within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at sioreepk@gmail.com with the following details:
   - Order Number
   - Description of the problem (wrong size, damaged item, wrong product)
   - Photos of the item 

2. Approval and Address: After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address via email. Returns without a prior request and approval are not acceptable.

3. Return Shipment: Hand over the return to any nearby courier company. Please note:
   - Our team or company is not responsible for the return shipment charges incurred.
   - Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available. Instead, we will issue a gift card for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases. If the new purchase exceeds the gift card amount, you can pay the difference using Cash on Delivery.

Important Notes

- Late requests beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Returns without an approved return request will not be processed.
