- Payment: Payment is due at checkout. We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Deposits
- Digital Wallets
- Shipping: Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or losses once the package has been dispatched.
- Returns & Refunds:
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery with prior approval.
- Cash refunds are not applicable.
- Gift cards are issued as the standard method for replacements or processed returns.
- Cancellations:
- Orders may be cancelled before shipping with prior approval.
- Note: If a Cash on Delivery order is rejected by a customer at the doorstep, future orders will not be shipped to that specific address or user without 100% pre-payment.
- Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount of the purchase.
